Job Description

Looking for Outbound Retention Process

Qualification:HSc

Requirement: HSc with 6 month of Sales Experience ( Loan / Insurance / Home Loan)

Shift Timing: 9 to 6

CTC: 19000/- Take Home - 15000

Travelling:Pickup & Drop from Thane Station

Candidate with sales or Mortgage loan experience will be preferable.

Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize customer segments based on behavior and value.

Analyze customer data to understand preferences and predict churn.

Develop personalized communication plans using various channels.

Gather customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify issues.

Create targeted promotions and loyalty programs to retain customers.

Ensure responsive support to address customer concerns promptly.

Provide resources and training to help customers maximize value.

Implement systems to detect early signs of dissatisfaction.

Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales.
