Role Description

The Holiday Manager is responsible for developing, promoting, and managing holiday packages to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role involves strategic planning, market research, team leadership, and budget management to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. The Holiday Manager will work closely with vendors and partners to deliver high-quality services and will ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing holiday packages or a similar role in the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of international travel destinations, Itinerary planning, travel trends and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
