Job Overview- We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Lead Generation Trainee to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in generating high-quality leads for our IT services. The role involves identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for senior sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Research and identify potential leads based on the companys target market and ideal customer profile.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the IT services offered by the company and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Qualify leads by gathering information on their needs, budget, and timelines.
- Schedule meetings or calls for senior sales team members with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information on leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets and KPIs.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new lead generation tools, techniques, and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- 0.4 to 1 year of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or a similar role, ideally within the IT services industry.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or technology offerings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Familiarity with basic sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle rejection and persist in lead generation efforts.
