Job Description

  • In this role you will be supporting web-based software applications. We need your leadership, agility, courage, strong communication skills, passion for learning, resilience and self-awareness.
  • Provide support for OutSystems Platform and web applications developed on the platform
  • Able to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for production incidents of moderate to high complexity
  • Follow standard procedures, documentation, and notification to implement changes to restore service for production issues
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge articles, technical notes, and/or training material to be used by other team members.
  • Meet defined Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators (defined as part of company s goals setting process)
  • Maintain phone, chat and email coverage during working hours
  • Any other responsibilities and tasks given by the management, appropriate to the role.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled technical or business focused meetings to ensure excellent cross-team communication
  • The Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical field of study
  • 3+ years of experience OutSystems Platform and web applications developed on the platform

The Ideal Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 1+ years of experience IT support on OutSystems or similar Low Code Application Platform

  • 2+ years of IT support in web applications and APIs

  • Experience using ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence Soft Skills

  • Self-managed and motivated individual with strong leadership skills

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Works with minimal oversight and proactively communicates status and risks to project leadership
  • Demonstrated sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Responsible for SLA compliance for response and resolution
  • Ability to own and drive issues to resolution
