OTM Functional Consultant

Attention all OTM functional consultants! Our team is seeking a talented individual with 2-6 years of relevant OTM experience and 1-2 full cycle implementation experience. If you have a minimum of 2 years of overall experience and industry experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business, you will be given preference.

As an OTM functional consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with business users, conducting requirement gathering and gap analysis, mapping requirements to OTM, solution design, application configuration, and conducting conference room pilot. You will also be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of processes around the OTM product, managing stake holders of customer organizations, and achieving delivery/service quality norms to ensure customer satisfaction.
