Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeableOracle Cloud Implementation Leadto manage, oversee and drive the Order to Cash processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Oracle Cloud solutions, with a specialized focus on optimizing and implementing theOrder to Cash cycle. This role requires strategic leadership for team handling, deep functional expertise, and a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Implementation: Spearhead the end-to-end implementation ofOracle Cloud Order to Cashprocesses. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business objectives

Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within cost constraints. Use agile methodologies and tools to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns

Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs and enhance functionality. Ensure the solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing business requirements

Training and Support: Develop and deliver training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems. Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports for executive review

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 8 years of experience inOracle Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus onOrder to Cashprocesses

Demonstrated expertise inOracle Cloud Order to Cashand itsintegrationwith other systems

Functional Knowledge ofOracle Cloud modules like Oracle Transportation Management,GlobalTrade Management,Subscription Management,Accounts Receivables, Collections and InstallBase

Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills

Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate cross-functional teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud Certification.

Experience in consulting or a client-facing role in a similar industry.
