OTBI / BIP Developer

Responsibilities:

• Strong technical skills to develop OTBI & BIP Reports in the above modules.
• Should have knowledge of Fusion OTBI security.
• Should have knowledge of creating Dash Boards in OTBI.
• Should be able to schedule the BIP reports using delivery options like FTP or Email.
• Ability to work independently with Business Analyst.
• Ability to create test data in the fusion modules required for unit testing.
• Should have knowledge to create the technical design document and UTP for unit testing.
• Should participate in Report design meetings with Analyst and provide best technical solutions.
• Should be serve as the go-to subject matter OTBI & BIP reporting & Security expert for the Oracle HCM Modules.
• Knowledge of DevOps for updating the support tickets. Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentations) and inter-personal skills.

Requirements:

• Oracle fusion HCM
• SQL / Oracle
• HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas & Design Studio
• Knowledge on 2 or more Oracle HCM modules below:
• Absence, Talent, Performance & Compensation
• Cloud HCM Conversions, Integrations
