Description
We are looking for an experienced OT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-15 years of experience in the job market context of India.
Responsibilities
- Assisting surgeons and nurses during surgeries and medical procedures
- Preparing and maintaining the operating room and surgical equipment
- Sterilizing instruments and ensuring that they are ready for use
- Monitoring patients vital signs during procedures
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date
- Assisting with post-operative care and monitoring patients recovery
- Ensuring that the operating room is clean and safe for patients and staff
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-15 years of experience working as an OT Technician in India
- In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures, surgical equipment, and medical terminology
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols
