OT Technician

Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance during surgical procedures, gastroenterology procedures, ICU procedures, and neurology procedures. The OT Technician must have at least 1-3 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the operating room for surgery, gastro, ICU, and neuro procedures
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Assist surgeons and physicians during procedures
• Monitor patients during procedures and report any changes in condition to medical staff
• Maintain a clean and safe operating environment
• Assist in the transfer of patients to and from the operating room

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in OT Technician or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in OT Technician role in India
• Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment
• Familiarity with operating room procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on-call and irregular hours
