Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary candidate to lead our newly developed edtech platform as it transitions to an independent entity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education technology, proven leadership skills, and a track record of driving growth and innovation. The candidate will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the edtech platform.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring the platform runs efficiently and effectively.
- Implement best practices in product development, user experience, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Financial Oversight
- Manage the financial performance of the platform, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Identify and pursue funding opportunities to support growth initiatives.
- Optimize resource allocation and investment to maximize ROI.
Team Building And Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Mentor and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with key stakeholders including customers, partners, investors, and the community.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Technology, or a related field.
- An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the edtech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling a tech platform or product.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and emerging trends in edtech.
