Position Overview:
Indian Cyber Security Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) Instructor to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offensive security, ethical hacking, and penetration testing, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. The OSCP Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing curriculum content, and ensuring students achieve their certification goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development:
- Develop and update comprehensive curriculum and training materials for the OSCP certification course.
- Ensure the course content is aligned with the latest OSCP exam objectives and industry standards.
- Instruction and Training:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on offensive security, ethical hacking, and penetration testing.
- Provide hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world scenarios to enhance students learning experience.
- Assess students progress through quizzes, practical exams, and mock tests.
- Student Mentorship:
- Offer one-on-one mentorship and support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their certification goals.
- Provide constructive feedback on students lab work, projects, and assignments.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the curriculum development team to ensure continuous improvement of the training program.
- Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and enhance the overall training experience.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in offensive security, ethical hacking, and penetration testing.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and industry events to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Certified OSCP with strong practical knowledge of offensive security techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in penetration testing tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, etc.
- Experience with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and network protocols.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and exploit development.
- Teaching Experience:
- Prior experience in teaching or training in a classroom or online setting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in offensive security, ethical hacking, or penetration testing.
- Hands-on experience in conducting penetration tests and security assessments.
