Role Description

This is a full-time role for an OSB Support- L1, L2 at Neothrivehub Solutions located in Bengaluru. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with customers. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Troubleshooting, Technical Support
• Excellent communication and customer support skills

Monitering, Weblogic Admin, Any ticketing tool (preferably service now), Scripting basic, Good Linux/Unix, Debug 1st level basic, Average Comms etc.
