Role And Responsibilities
As an ORMB/Oracle CC&B Technical expert, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) systems for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting CC&B technical workshops with customers to understand their requirements
- Having end-to-end implementation experience with at least one CC&B implementation
- Having a sound knowledge of modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move-out, new connections, etc.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle CC&B and SPL (Scripting and Programming Language) framework
- Writing Java algorithms and batches, including Java change handlers
- Working with Config tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business Script, Service Script, BPA Script, Zones, and Portals
- Having experience in at least one of the functional modules (Billing, Payments, Credit and Collections, Metering, Case Management, Field Services, Workflow, etc.)
- Creating external designs and technical designs in CC&B
- Leading a team of developers and guiding them in coding based on the external designs
- Having hands-on experience with SPL framework and Java batches/Plug-Ins
- Communicating effectively through written and oral channels
Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 6-12 years
- Must have at least one CC&B implementation experience with end-to-end implementation experience
- Excellent knowledge of CC&B Java framework
- Proficiency in Oracle CC&B and SPL framework
- Experience with Config tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business Script, Service Script, BPA Script, Zones, and Portals
- Experience in one of the functional modules of CC&B
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of developers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
