Position Summary
- Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
- Own the performance management process (Goal Setting, IDP, Check-ins etc.) including training, reporting and analysis to ensure effectiveness and completion.
- Design and implement the competency matrix in collaboration with the global Talent team and stakeholders.
- Driving organization development initiatives including engagement survey, change management, succession planning, performance management and career enhancement.
- Instrumental in tracking participation in engagement survey, action planning. Reporting and identifying trends in partnership with the stakeholders.
- Implementing major transformation requirements for projects and initiatives; set overall strategy and lead strategic planning for the change management function.
- Drive and own the diverse ERGs within the organization.
- Driving learning initiatives related to compliance, diversity and inclusion within the organization.
- Design the effectiveness framework for our marquee programs on organization development.
- Engaging in industry research and benchmarking regarding new methodology.
Qualifications
Years of relevant experience: 6 to 9 years of experience

Technical Experience:
- Educational Qualification: MBA HR from a Premier institute
- A certificate in Organization development is good to have
- Experience in Workday or any Talent HRIS is good to have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Familiarity with working in matrixed structures
