- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of organizational development.

- Facilitate workshops and training programs to build capabilities within client organizations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of OD initiatives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development and apply them to client engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in all OD-related matters.
