Job Description :
Organization Change Management (OCM) consultant is responsible for managing and delivering OCM/HR transformation projects to schedule, budget, and quality. The role requires excellent knowledge of Change Management Frameworks and methodologies to be able to come up with Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including Resistance Management and Training. The Change Manager is expected to manage end-to-end change management projects and would need to have a good understanding of project management inter-related process stages i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management. Change Manager must be proficient in stakeholder relationship management and influencing to successfully lead the project team and deliver to meet stakeholders needs.

- Exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits
- Execute projects successfully as per agreed schedule, budget, and scope.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
- Perform the relevant project management processes i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
- Diagnose and strategize the need for change and articulate it well to all involved parties.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end change projects including progress tracking and reporting.
- Design and develop trainings for the stakeholders involved.
- Design, plan, and deliver effective communication throughout the change cycle.
Eligibility Criteria-Skills, Qualifications, Experience :
- OCM Certified from PROSCI (desirable)
- PMP / Prince 2 Certified (desirable)
- Prior experience in Business Process Management
- Strong knowledge of Stakeholder Management
- Proven previous experience in interacting with Senior members of client organizations, CTOs, COOs, with internal Partners etc. is a must.
- Business Process Improvement experience Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certified -desirable)
- Hands on experience in any of the industry leading BPMN tools
- Industry experience anyone or combination of Government, Healthcare, retail, telecom, oil, and gas, BSFI, airlines, manufacturing, food and beverages etc.
- Extensive experience in End-to-End Project Management preferably in strategy and business
- Experience in leading Change management in major and complex Transformation projects
- Experience in working with global teams.
- Excellent Management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in understanding customer strategy, services, and business processes
- Business Analytics knowledge
- Strong team working skills across matrixes - client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (including negotiation)
