Job Description

  • Ensure adherence to the order management checklist, verifying that all steps are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage and process customer orders, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and maintained in the system.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, etc.) to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of customer contracts, focusing on legal redlines and ensuring all agreed-upon terms are accurately reflected in the deals.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to address any discrepancies or concerns identified during the contract review process.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
  • Help with the contract lifecycle from drafting, negotiation, approval, signature, and renewal when applicable.
  • Maintain a repository of all active and historical contracts, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
  • Analyze order data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on order metrics and KPIs for management review.
  • Use data insights to recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct periodic audits of contracts and orders to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract and order status.
  • Liaise with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing based on contract terms.
  • Collaborate with Legal to address any contractual issues or amendments.
  • Develop and implement best practices for deal desk and order management to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations, incorporating relevant practices into the order management process.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and new procedures with opportunity management within Salesforce.
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in order management, contract administration, or a related role within the SaaS industry.
  • Good understanding of contract law and commercial terms, particularly in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Intacct).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word a plus.
  • Familiarity with contract management software is a plus (SFDC CPQ).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field or related work experience.
