Order Processing Executive(Amazon)

JOB LOCATION: Okiyam Thoraipakkam

• Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Handle order fulfillment, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure timely deliveries.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking. Maintained relationships with drop ship vendors through online support, order entry and order fulfillment to include Amazon order preferred processing.

• Shipping: Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping and delivery schedules.

Amazon Seller Support: Resolve issues by managing seller support cases on Amazon platforms.

• Job description:

1) Processing orders and generating labels on daily on amazon, flipkart, etc platforms as per the daily cut off times. Booking shipments on courier platforms

2) Pick, pack and label products against daily orders and keep them ready for hand over

3) Coordinate with various courier and logistic companies for timely shipment of orders

4) Handling, tracking and marking customer returns and exchanges

5) Stock Management - checking stock inward, quality checking and data entry in company software

6) Receiving stock, Labelling products, stocking inventory, maintaining inventory as per company policy

7) Coordinate with other teams in a structured and organized manner
