Youu2019ll be joining a collaborative, cross-functional team that includes experts in the supply chain, sales, and customer support. Key stakeholders include supply chain managers, demand planners, sales teams, and external logistics partners, all working together to meet organizational goals. As part of this network, youu2019ll regularly engage with senior leadership and various internal departments to coordinate efforts, solve complex challenges, and foster continuous improvement across the supply chain.

You're the right fit if:
1. Experience.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of order life cycle processes, from order placement to delivery and invoicing.

Customer Service and Communication:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in handling customer inquiries, order status updates, and resolving order-related issues.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless service.

Problem Solving and Attention to Detail:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, and inventory shortages.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately process orders, track status, and ensure order accuracy.

Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics:

• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, including familiarity with shipping, delivery, and inventory planning.
• Experience working with logistics providers to coordinate shipping timelines and resolve any transit-related challenges.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Ability to analyze order data, prepare reports on order performance metrics, and suggest improvements to streamline order management processes.

Time Management and Multitasking:

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

3. Education.

• Any bacheloru2019s degree is preferred
• Masteru2019s in supply chain management will be an added advantage.
