We are currently focused on supporting our sales team through an exciting growth period and are searching for the right order management support representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for processing orders, communicating with internal and external customers, and ensuring on time delivery. This role will report to the Global Order Management team lead and collaborate closely with the extended global order management team to meet department deadlines.
What you'll be doing:
Review customer quotes, contracts and/or usage reporting to create customer sales orders in company point of sale systems.
Collaborate with sales representatives to obtain appropriate tax documents and purchase orders as required for customer billing/invoicing.
Review completeness and accuracy and ensure delivery of digital assets purchased.
Ensure customer receives an accurate invoice, including setup and submission of invoices in customers procurement portals as needed.
Assist finance on an ad-hoc basis when help is needed with payments, collections, returns, credits, and rebills.
Support transition of high-volume low dollar orders to Monotype's automated, self-guided, online ordering system.
Advocate for customers and help define ways to continually add value to their purchasing experience with Monotype.
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement/efficiency gains.
What we're looking for:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
General knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Previous experience working with sales teams and finance teams.
Familiarity with CPQ systems, and experience working in order entry applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, with high attention to details.
Ability to pivot quickly as changes are required to support a growing business.
A positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as within a team structure.
