Main function of an order management analyst is to deliver a purchasing experience that enables customers to realise the value of their products and services.

Job Responsibilities: Accurately review and enter order data as per company requirements Handle purchase order reconciliation to quote, contract terms and program requirements Adhere to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulations Maintain all published SLAs for order processing and fulfilment Interact with sales teams, channel partners and numerous internal groups as required to support the order-to-invoice process Participate in projects and initiatives related to quality, data migration, SKU testing and operational efficiency Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires Provide local language support for both written and oral communication (optional)
