Job Description

  • Process/Import orders into CeriFi systems such as Salesforce and Ariba
  • Enter textbook shipments into fulfillment vendor's portal
  • Email eBook codes to customers
  • Enroll customers in learning management system as needed
  • Compile program and student reports for CeriFi departments
  • Enter customer exam selections into online systems for online grading
  • Upload and submit course and/or program completions to governing boards
  • Enter customer, course, or program information into CeriFi systems
  • Identify improvements to current systems and procedures
