- Central Sales Administrator
Role Summary
This role provides three distinct functions:
Own as part of the team role all sub 1k MRC customers
Provide administration and reporting functions to the Central Accounts Team
Provide administrative functions to regional sales administration heads on large or complex bids

Duties And Responsibilities
- Own as part of a team function all sub 1k EUR MRC customers:
Respond to account queries, including upgrades, changes, ceases, billing issues and any other account activities
oProvide timely response on all queries and actions ensuring the customer is kept informed, updated and promptly responded to
oOwn the request to order process for all of these accounts, including creating pricing, quotes, purchase orders and ensuring these services are passed to the delivery/cease teams
- Support the Account Managers:
oTaking responsibility and control over sales admin activities and hence releasing the AM's from admin workload
oProcess Credit Checks, Credit Notes, Cease Requests etc on behalf of AM or upon request
oProvide CMD data entry support where needed
oLiaise with other departments and ensure sales dependencies and actions are progressing/completed on time (SOPS, Products, Pricing, Sales Engineering)
oResponsible for IONE Trial activation and correct tracking of related data in CMD
- Outsourced admin function from the regions
oInput large OLO quotes into ONQT
oPull data from Siebel for large renewal/account changes
oOwn the simple complete moves/adds/changes process
- Any other sales admin related activities upon request.
