Oracle Xstore Upgrade/Implementation Experience Version v20+, including configuration, customization, and integration with other retail modules. Strategies and best practices to upgrade existing version to v22. Retail Domain Knowledge - Familiarity with the retail industry's best practices, trends, and challenges to align solutions with business needs effectively. Oracle Cloud Retail Product Expertise - Cloud data storage, CE, OB, SIOCS, XCenter/XAdmin, mobile solutions, etc. Experience with Order Broker enabling seamless order management and fulfillment across various channels. Business Process Analysis - Proficient in analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement or optimization, and creating clear, comprehensive functional specifications as the foundation for system design and implementation. Integration Expertise - Knowledge of integrating Oracle Cloud retail solutions with other systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and process synchronization. Inventory Management Expertise - In-depth understanding of inventory management principles, including forecasting, replenishment, and stock control. Data Integration and Migration - Proficiency in data integration and migration processes, ensuring accurate data transfer between systems during the project. Reporting and Analytics - Proficiency in utilizing reporting and analytics tools within Oracle Cloud retail products to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making. Testing and Quality Assurance - Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance procedures to ensure system reliability and performance. Experience with JIRA and Confluence. Ability to manage project tasks, timelines, ensuring the project stays on track and meets deliverables. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills - Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and devise effective solutions during the implementation process. Communication and Collaboration - Excellent communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration with the existing team and stakeholders.
