Job Title: Infra Tech Support Practitioner Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration

Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems related to Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle Weblogic environments, ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.
- Support server and network areas by implementing hardware/software solutions at the operating system level.
- Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting for Oracle Weblogic Application Server environments.
- Ensure proper configuration, performance, and security of Weblogic servers.
- Manage the lifecycle of Weblogic application services, including deployment, patching, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system-level issues and improve system efficiencies.
- Support incident management and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) for critical system outages.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for issue resolution, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting best practices.
Must-Have Skills
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration: Extensive experience in Weblogic server setup, configuration, and management in production and development environments.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Expertise in identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle Weblogic Application Server.
- Operating System-Level Support: Experience in providing support at the OS-level (Linux/Unix), ensuring smooth server and network performance.
- L1 and L2 Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience in providing basic and intermediate troubleshooting support.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Linux/Unix Administration: Familiarity with administration tasks on Linux or Unix-based systems.
- Java & Middleware Technologies: Understanding of Java and general middleware technologies to effectively support Oracle Weblogic.
- Networking: A good grasp of server and network concepts, ensuring smooth operation across various components.
