Job Location - Pune/Bangalore
Our Connected set of solutions provide our clients with near ready to deploy use cases with modern business processes.
We are looking for a driven and result oriented individual with a skill set across the following areas:
- Understanding the business requirements and driving end to end solution development
- Architecting solutions across end-to-end business processes using modern business processes and the capabilities of Oracle Supply Chain Cloud
- Articulating the value of such solutions to our customers as part of delivery engagements
- Configuring and testing solution for completeness, compliance and consistency
- Training users and performing / leading the change management activities
The successful candidate will be expected to understand InspireXTs differentiated value proposition to the customer and drive thought leadership and solution content generation activities.
You will be part of our growing Oracle Supply Chain practice and will be required to obtain and maintain relevant subject matter expertise and certifications. You may participate in pre-sale engagements from time to time to show case the value of Oracle planning solutions.
Requirements
Successful candidate will meet all or majority of the following requirements:
- Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills
- 10+ years of leading the design and deployment of Oracle enabled supply chain solutions
- Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills usable in PreSales and Delivery projects.
- Primary expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud comprising of Demand, Supply and Collaboration
- Secondary expertise in other modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Product Management and Manufacturing would be advantageous
- Good understanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain e.g., finance and customer experience
- Strong customer engagement and presentation skills
- Strong skills in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High personal integrity
- Attention to detail and analytical in approach
