Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Siebel Consultant to join our team, working on critical projects for the Government of India. As a Consultant - Applications, you will play a pivotal role in managing service management, service assurance, compliance, and IT service delivery.

Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Science.
• 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years of relevant experience in service management, service assurance, compliance, and IT service delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong software development knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends and technologies
• Demonstrated experience in leading the development of specific types of applications relevant to the role (eg: enterprise level, applications, client portals)
• Experience in implementing innovative solutions within the IT applications space, showcasing adaptability to emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Experience in collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across different departments.

Good to Have:

• Lead in Analysis and documentation of business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE).
• Validate and review requirements documents.
• Manage application development by external agencies.
• Work with the service providers to design a dashboard for the Ministry.
• Ability to monitor project progress and ensure quality.
• Support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 83,333.00 - 125,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
