Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Oracle Sales Cloud solutions according to client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer sales goals.
  • Customize and configure the sales cloud platform to enhance user experience.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for users.
  • Facilitate user training to promote best practices in utilizing the sales cloud.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the sales cloud environment.
  • Develop and deliver reporting solutions to track key sales metrics.
  • Participate in system upgrades and integration efforts with other tools.
  • Document processes and create user manuals for training purposes.

  • Provide consulting on sales strategies leveraging Oracle analytics.
  • Lead workshops to gather user feedback for continual improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proven experience in project management and execution.
  • Familiarity with integration concepts between cloud systems.
  • Experience in leading training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in sales automation.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Certifications related to Oracle Sales Cloud or CRM are a plus.
