Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- 8+ years of Oracle Retail/ReSA Implementation, support experience
- Strong SQL/PLSQL , Unix shell scripting skills, creating and maintaining complex queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Retail Functionality and applications like Oracle RMS and ReSA
Good-to-Have
- Basic knowledge of Retail Applications like Oracle ReIM and RPM.
- Working knowledge of enterprise job scheduling tool such as UC4
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Involve in design discussion meetings, capture requirements for new ReSA & RMS enhancements, enhancements in dependent systems. Involve in weekly status meetings with Clients, discuss issues , provide ETA for solution fixes/changes. Responds to and resolves ReSA Incidents and Service requests.
- Assist with development for Retail enhancements and bug fixes.Creates/reviews Technical Specifications. Assists in user acceptance testing.
- Deploys RMS & ReSA code changes and manages changes through CAB.
- Provide production support/enhancement assistance using 3rd party application development tools such as UC4 scheduling.

- Oracle SQL, PLSQL,Unix Shell scripting ,Pro*C, Oracle Retail Sales Audit, Oracle Retail Merchandising System
