Overview: The Oracle Retail Functional Consultant plays a vital role in the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle's retail solutions for our clients. The consultant provides expertise throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that implementations meet industry standards and client objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their retail processes and gather requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Retail functional consulting.
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Retail modules such as RMS, RIB, RPOS, etc.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong understanding of retail industry processes and challenges.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Williness to travel for client engagements as necessary.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration processes.
- Experience with creating test scripts and executing test cases.
