Job Description
Oracle's Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit (CEGBU) focuses on project-intensive industries such as engineering and construction, aerospace and defense, utilities, oil and gas, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, automotive, financial services, communications, travel and transportation, healthcare; state, local and federal government.
The CEGBU has numerous products that support Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software such as Unifier, P6, Aconex, OPPM and Oracle Primavera Cloud (formerly Prime) that encompasses resource allocation, cost reduction, supply-chain efficiency, and decision-makingusing real-time data, for the enterprise market.
The Reporting lead will be involved in design, development, deployment, maintenance and documentation of all Reporting requirement sourcing data from the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management applications leveraging key reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher (formerly known as XML publisher), Primavera Analytics on OBIEE platform.
This responsibility includes interacting with clients at all levels to understand the business requirements to conclude the blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support and continuous enhancements of the reporting deliverable.
Senior consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Experience
- 8+ years Experience in a Client facing or Consulting Role
- 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle Primavera Analytics, BI Publisher, Unifier, P6 EPPM, and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
- Enterprise Software implementation experience working for a software company.
- Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Previous systems (integration) experience with Oracle Products and other systems.
- Excellent communication & coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with all customers, Oracle internal teams and Partners for delivery of bug free software.
- Design, Develop and test the assigned solution/software framework.
- Contribute to software code reusability and knowledge management
- Effective communication and excellent demonstrable knowledge of Oracle Primavera products.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and pre-sales opportunities and drive them to closure.
- Refine and improve the blended delivery processes
- Participate in Organizational initiatives related improvement of services from Oracle Construction and Engineering Global business unit.
- Report and collaborate with all related stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and with the team to ensure quality deliverables on the project
Job Skills
- Must have experience with Oracle Primavera product (P6, Unifier, Primavera Cloud, Primavera Analytics)
- Experience on report development on OBIEE Repository and front-end report development
- Oracle Database, Advance PLSQL
- HTML/CSS, XSL configurations for Advance reporting templates
- Experience on BI Publisher Reporting (data model and Catalog configuration)
