Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Peoplesoft professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in implementing, supporting and maintaining Peoplesoft HCM applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Peoplesoft HCM applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Peoplesoft HCM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Peoplesoft HCM
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users
• Participate in project planning, scoping, and execution

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in implementing, supporting and maintaining Peoplesoft HCM applications
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database, SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker and Workflow
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Acquisition Management, and Performance Management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
