Job Description

  • Should have minimum 3 Years hands on experience in Oracle Database Patching(Preferably in BFSI)
  • Well verse with PSU, OPATCH & Verbose patch methodology.
  • Should have sound knowledge on entire Patching cycle, Pre checks & post patching Sanity checks.
  • Should have hands on experience on vulnerability assessment & Configuration Audit(VACA)
  • Validate status of patches applied / pending monthly / quarterly basis.
  • Preparation of Database patching Report, Highlight failed patches with dependencies.
  • Roll back patches in case the system is not working post patching
  • Preparing RCA for Sev-1 Incidents caused by patching
  • DB Inventory management
