OTM GTM Techno funcitonal consultant

• Enhancements with in OTM/GTM, support on new releases from Oracle - upgrades
• Consultants will work directly under the supervision of Henry Schein Service Manager, who will assign tasks, incidents, enhancements and review outputs and performance.
• will develop a change pipeline jointly, based on the anticipated incident and support work volumes, and review the backlog health on a weekly basis.
• The Consultants will be on call outside of the service window.
