Role Summary
As an Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant, you are primarily responsible for supporting existing Oracle NetSuite platform and work on enhancement requests based on business requirements and Rollout the solution to new enitites on need basis. Candidate must have
5+ years of experience of implementation and/or support project in Oracle Netsuite as finance functional consultant. Experience in AEC industry is preferable. Need to support Central Europe and Latin America, so should be willing to work during non-standard hours as well.
Responsibilities
- The role might require working in UK Shift (12.30 PM IST to 9.30 PM IST) or South America shift (2.30 PM IST to 11.30 PM IST) depending on the need.
- Technical and system administration, including configuration and integration.
- Point of contact for end users and NetSuite Support.
- Facilitation of system adoption and satisfaction through user training, user support, and meeting user requirements.
- Planning, reviewing, and customizing NetSuite to meet user needs.
- Helping with data extraction through reporting and searches.
- Monitoring end user usage and system performance.
- Ensuring the quality of account data and performance of regular data audits; resolution of data integrity issues.
- Development of tests, functional testing, and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integration based on user/business needs.
Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications
- Should have Bachelors Degree in Commerce and have 5+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite Implementation and/or support.
- Minimum of 2 full cycle implementation experience in NetSuite. Experience on NetSuite Integrations with other applications using SuiteTalk, RESTlets etc
- End to End process experience in NetSuite with Experience or Exposure in most of the NetSuite tracks like Finance, HR, CRM and procurement. Knowing EU or Latin America localization will be plus.
- Experience on NetSuite SuiteApp, SuiteBuilder, SuiteCommerce etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal along with active listening.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Ability to interface with team members and other project managers and program managers in distributed environment.
- Excellent communication, co-ordination, and organization skills. Go getter attitude.
