Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a focus on Talent Management, Learning Cloud, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management solutions.

Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud and Talent Management modules to meet business requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications.

Provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and industry standards.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Manage post-implementation support and maintenance activities.

Stay updated with the latest Oracle releases and updates in the HCM suite.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in the HCM domain, with at least 2 successful end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud, Talent Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.

Oracle HCM certification is highly desirable.
