Work closely with end-users to understand their requirements and provide guidance on best practices for using HFM functionalities effectively.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.
Participate in testing activities for new HFM features, patches, and upgrades to ensure compatibility and functionality.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HFM and financial consolidation processes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Act as a subject matter expert on HFM systems, providing training and support to end-users as needed.
Must have - Solid understanding of Oracle Hyperion EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) suite, including HFM, FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition), and Smart View.
