Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Indian job market. The candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting HRMS modules of Oracle E-Business Suite. The candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and recommend solutions for HRMS modules.
- Configure, test, and implement HRMS modules in Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Provide technical and functional support for HRMS modules.
- Develop reports, interfaces, and extensions for HRMS modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide training to end-users on HRMS modules.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle HRMS.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HRMS modules implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Self-Service HR, and Performance Management.
- Experience in Oracle HRMS data migration, data conversion, and interfaces.
- Experience in Oracle HRMS reporting tools such as BI Publisher and Discoverer.
- Experience in PL/SQL programming and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Oracle HRMS certification is a plus.
