Role Summary
As an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant, you are primarily responsible for supporting and Implementing Oracle Fusion Learning cloud solutions based on business requirements. Candidates need to have minimum 3+ years of relevant experience of implementation and/or supporting solution development, testing on Oracle HCM Learning cloud module and 6+ years of overall experience on Oracle HCM applications.
Responsibilities
- Strong Functional Skills on Fusion- Core HR, Learning Cloud, BIP / OTBI Reports.
- Should be able to drive Support, Implementations and Upgrades as required.
- Experience using Data Loaders for Learn Course Completions.
- Experience to creates reports for the purpose of assigning Learn Courses.
- Deep understanding of structure of Learn content (from activities / courses / specializations) .
- Understanding of integrations with Learn Vendors (i.e. LinkedIn, Cornerstone) etc.
- Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences.
- Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (Core HR, Learning, Fast formula, PMS & Talent).
- Should have sound knowledge in Technical Skills as well as functional Skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 3 Plus years experience on Oracle learning Cloud.
- Overall 6+ years experience in Oracle Learning and Development or Oracle HCM space.
- Strong knowledge of the Oracle Learning and Development modules, functionalities, and best practices.
- Proficient in other Oracle HCM tools, such as BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL and HCM Extracts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and quality.
