Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and gathering customer business requirements and mapping them to future solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM. Your role will also involve working on implementation and support projects for the Oracle HCM suite, ensuring configurations and data loads are aligned with customer needs.

• Fusion Cloud (Core HR, Absence): Expertise in Fusion Cloud, specifically in Core HR and Absence Management.
• End-to-End Implementations: Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations in Oracle HCM.
• Relevant Experience: experience in HCM modules like:Global HR ,Oracle Time and Labor Oracle Absence Management Cloud
• MBA in HR (Preferred): Candidates with an MBA in HR are preferred.
• Configuration & Data Load: Strong experience in configuration and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Fast Formula Knowledge: Expertise in Fast Formula in Oracle HCM Cloud.
