We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support
- Design, configure, and develop solutions that integrate with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Collaborate with functional consultants to identify requirements and develop solutions
- Develop custom reports, interfaces, and extensions using Oracle HCM Cloud tools
- Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 4-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support
- Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Workflow Builder
- Strong programming skills in PL/SQL, SQL, Java, and web technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
