Location: Chennai or Coimbatore (Remote Work Available)

Shift Timing: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM IST to 12:00 AM ISR / 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST)

Experience: 8+ years

Travel Requirement: H1B ready, must be available to travel on-site as needed.

Project: Oracle Implementation (Project B1 or H1B)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with a strong technical background and expertise in Oracle HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules, along with the ability to work in a flexible 2nd shift. Candidates should also be H1B-ready and willing to travel on-site as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical design, development, and support of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, and Talent Management.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and customize reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICEW) in Oracle HCM.
• Ensure effective data integration between Oracle HCM and other applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, including design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Engage in client interactions for requirement gathering, technical presentations, and status updates.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.
• Strong experience with RICEW components, Oracle HCM Cloud, and HCM extracts.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Forms, OAF, and Workflows.
• Solid understanding of Oracle HCM architecture and integration capabilities.
• Ability to work in 2nd shift hours (3:30 PM IST to 12:00 AM ISR).
• Experience working in a client-facing environment with excellent communication skills.
• H1B ready and willing to travel for on-site assignments as required.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM is an added advantage.
