About the role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Analyst to play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) System. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Oracle HCM System, analyzing technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of Oracle HCM, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You will also:
System Analysis and Troubleshooting:
Conduct in-depth analysis of technical issues related to the Oracle HCM System and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with end-users, IT teams, and vendors to identify and address system anomalies and performance issues.
Configuration and Customization:
Assist in the configuration and customization of the Oracle HCM System to meet business requirements.
Work closely with developers to implement and test custom solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Data Management:
Support data integration efforts and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the Oracle HCM System.
Develop and implement data management processes to maintain data quality and consistency.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical support to end-users and assist with problem resolution.
Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance user proficiency with Oracle HCM features.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and issue resolutions.
Generate reports on system performance, user feedback, and key technical metrics.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Communicate technical concepts and issues to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
Assist in implementing and monitoring security measures to protect sensitive employee information.
About you
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in HCM systems
You must have:
Prior experience implementing Oracle HCM system.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM technical architecture, configuration, and customization.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
