Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6-11 years of experience in Oracle HCM and should be familiar with the Indian job market context. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and Talent Management
- Gather and analyze client requirements, and propose solutions that meet their needs
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM to meet client requirements
- Provide support and guidance to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle HCM functionality and industry trends
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-11 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and practices
- Hands-on experience with Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, and Talent Management modules
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and on-premise solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with clients in India
