nHere at Version 1, we are currently in the market for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR) Functional Consultant to join our growing Cloud Practice.

nYou will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud technology and worked on projects across a multiplicity of sectors and industries.

nIn addition, you will have the opportunity to undertake accreditations and educational assistance for courses relevant to your role.

nJob Description

nYou will be leading and overseeing the development of detailed solution designs in Oracle HCM Cloud specifically within Core HR

nIn addition, you will be:

• nLeading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
• nLeading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.
• nDemonstrating the solution in design playback sessions.
• nCreating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
• nBuilding trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope.
• nDriving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.

• nOracle Cloud HCM (Core HR)
• nImplementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows
• nMultiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space
• nRunning workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate)
• nFunctional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
• nDocumenting solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within our Cloud community.
