Job Title: Oracle - Fusion HCM Technical Consultant
Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore
Experience: 9-13 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Act the subject matter expert leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for HR Cloud projects.
- Solicit and map business requirements to the Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud functionality. Identify gaps and advise HR stakeholders on options, risks, and value propositions.
- Lead the configuration and design and of Oracle HCM Cloud according to the business requirements
- Prepare documentation and present to key business stakeholders to solicit feedback and buy-in
- Lead requirements, and in particular Reporting and Integration, design, and development through to production
- Obtain and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the latest product offerings and the benefits it can bring to the current landscape
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and the HR community, including managing communications between business stakeholders and tech teams.
