The Associate has the primary responsibility for effective deployment of Oracle solutions to our clients through Wipro IP's and methodologies.

Experience and skill set required:
The candidate should have a total Domain experience in the range of 3-4+ years, with a degree in MBA (Human Resource).
Should have the following skills:
- Strong Domain knowledge and Oracle Fusion HCM consulting experience
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and coordinate work between team members
- Ability and Interest to learn new technologies fast
