Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug Oracle SaaS & Apps
As a member of the Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) & Advanced Customer Support organization, your focus is to deliver complex solutions and support for the requirements of Setup/Config/integration or migration for the Oracle Applications customers while serving as an advocate for customer needs. As a primary point of contact from Advanced Support Services for the customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Oracle and providing advice or assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
As a Techno-Functional Analyst, you will offer Consultative, technical & functional support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our primary focus is to create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. You are expected to be an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
