Oracle HCM Cloud Job Description:

Onsite - Bahrain

As an Oracle HCM Cloud professional, you'll provide direction and detailed input for the long-term support and maintenance of HCM and related systems. Your duties and responsibilities may include:

Providing training to system users as necessary.

Leading all functional aspects of the system development life cycle for both large projects and small enhancements.

Configuring systems based on business requirements.

Managing and delivering conference room pilots.

Analyzing client-reported issues and resolving them promptly.

Demonstrating expertise in designing and executing tests and implementations.

Leading multiple cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

Monitoring project budgets and conducting research and analysis1.

Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant:

In this role, you'll work on Oracle Cloud HCM Technical / Functional projects.

Key qualifications and skills include:

Minimum 5+ Years experience in Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.

Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Setups, Core HR and Absence.

Completion of at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects.

Hands-on technical configuration and development expertise.

Implementing at client sites and providing thought leadership.

Involvement in ongoing Training activities for Jr. HCM Consultants.

Collaborating with public and private sector clients globally.
