Job Description: Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist

Location - Remote opportunity (Candidates based out of Bangalore/ Chennai preferred)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM specialist with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Security modules.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in workflows, responsive pages, page composer, and HCM Experience Design Studio.
The role involves providing technical and functional support, working on reports, data extracts, and ensuring efficient use of Oracle Fusion HCM features.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and provide support for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Absence Management, and Security modules.
Develop and manage workflows within the Oracle HCM system.
Customize and maintain responsive pages using Page Composer and HCM Experience Design Studio.
Design, create, and manage OTBI reports and HCM data extracts to meet organizational needs.
Ensure the security and integrity of HCM data, managing access and permissions through Oracle HCM security configurations.
Support the management and use of HDL files for data migration and integration purposes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure efficient use of Oracle HCM tools and features, addressing technical challenges and optimizing system performance.

Extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in Core HR, Absence Management, and Security modules.
Proficiency in developing OTBI reports and HCM data extracts.

Familiarity with responsive pages within Oracle HCM.
Experience in data migration using HDL files.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security, roles, and permissions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM's responsive pages and UI customization.
